Pursuant to Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and from 25.05.2018 Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on amendments to certain acts.

The personal data operator is Realitný expert s.r.o., Bottova 36/7, 971 01 Prievidza, Reg. No. 50154338, registered with the Commercial Register of the District Court of Trenčín, file No. 32536/R (hereinafter "GLAMPING RESORT").
What personal data do we process?
Contact form, email, phone
If you use the contact form, write to us by email or call us, we work with your contact details and what you tell us in order to handle your requests. The legal basis is our legitimate interest. For these purposes, we keep personal data for 3 months. If you place an order with us through any of these channels, we may retain the data for the protection of legal claims during the statutory limitation period of 3 years plus one year thereafter, with regard to claims made at the end of the limitation period. In the event that judicial, administrative or other proceedings begin, we process your personal data to the extent necessary for the entire duration of such proceedings and the remaining limitation period after their conclusion. You have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest.

The glampingresort.sk website uses cookies for functionality, traffic measurement and marketing. On your first visit, a cookies banner appears where you can choose what you consent to. You can change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" button in the footer.
Strictly necessary cookies (always active)
These store your choice from the cookies banner and data necessary for the site to function. Without them the site could not work correctly.
Analytics (after consent)
Google Analytics 4 — anonymised traffic measurement that helps us understand which pages are popular and where we lose visitors. Cookies: _ga, _gid, _gat. Processor: Google Ireland Ltd.
Microsoft Clarity — anonymous interaction recordings (mouse moves, clicks, scroll) without tracking personal data. Helps us improve usability. Cookies: _clck, _clsk, MUID. Processor: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.

Embedded third-party elements
The site contains embedded third-party elements (Google Maps, Instagram feed, Booking.com reservation system on the booking.glampingresort.sk subdomain). These may set their own cookies under their own rules.
Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. After withdrawal we stop using the relevant cookies; you can delete cookies already stored in your browser via your browser settings.
Information storage / security
We process your personal data for as long as necessary, while the purpose of processing lasts or until the data subject withdraws consent. We protect the personal data in our possession against leakage, misuse and damage to the greatest extent possible. Files containing personal data are password-protected; access is limited to a small number of staff and partners trained on how to handle and protect them.
Who else may have access to your data?
Personal data is accessed by GLAMPING RESORT as the operator and its staff, and may be accessed by contractual processors, in particular companies providing IT services, programming services and accounting.

The information includes mainly: identification and contact details of the controller, its representative and, where applicable, the data protection officer; the purposes of processing; categories of personal data; the recipient or categories of recipients; information on transfers to third countries; retention periods; legitimate controllers; the list of your rights; the option to contact the Data Protection Authority; the source of the processed personal data; and information on whether and how automated decision-making and profiling occur.
Right of access
You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as information on how we use your personal data. If you made your request by electronic means, the information will be provided electronically where technically feasible.
Right to rectification
Are we processing personal data that is out of date or inaccurate? Have you, for example, changed your address? Please let us know and we will correct your personal data.
Right to data portability
If you wish us to transfer your personal data to another company, we will pass it on in an appropriate format to the entity you designate, unless there are legal or other significant obstacles preventing us from doing so.
Right to erasure
In certain cases established by law, we are required to delete your personal data on your request.
Right to restriction of processing
If you wish your personal data to be processed only for the strictly necessary legal purposes, or you wish to have the data blocked.
